General Description
The traditional single-phase AC induction motor(single phase capacitance start m
otor, single phase capacitance running motor, capacitance start and capacitance running motor) is on and off, and connect with starting circuit by mechanical centrifugal switch. It’s been more than 50 years. But the mechanical setting has its own performance causing hard to avoid below problems:
1.Short-lived.
2. Easy to cause mechanical tired.
3. Big vibration;
4. Easy to cause sparks on the touch point;
5. Easy to adhere dust on the touch point, effecting the breakover;
All the above problems may cause centrifugal switch invalid and unsteady performance, causing the common Single phase motor can’t be qualified at the frequency start and braking occasions. To conquer this kind of situation, we have developed AWL, AWC and AWU Series single phase AC induction motor for frequency starting and braking occasion.
