PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
High Voltage AC Motor Variable Frequency Driving System(HV-VFD)
TMdrive is a general-purpose high (middle), Perfect Harmony structure of the inverter voltage, the voltage level 3kV/3.3kV or 6/6.6kV or 10kV/11kV, the scope of a single capacity of300kVA-19000kVA.
3.3kV: 200〜5700kVA 6.6kV: 400〜11400kVA
11kV: 660〜19500kVA
A medium voltage IGBT inverter, the TMdrive-MVG is an inverter designed on the concepts of "Power source friendly" and "Motor friendly", integrating state-of-the-art power electronics and drive technologies. The TMDrive-MVG can drive a medium voltage motor directly without an output transformer and is the optimal drive for energy saving operation of fluid machinery such as fans, compressors or pumps. The drive is also applicable for constant torque machinery such as extruders or mixers.
Application:
Mainly used in metallurgy, electric power, oil and gas, mining, cement and other industries, are widely used in various types of fans, pumps, compressors, grinding machines.
Characteristics:
1. High reliability, using the latest generation of high-level military 1700V IGBT.
2.System efficiency as high as 97.5%.
3.Multi-pulse phase-shifting transformer to reduce higher harmonics.
4.Close to perfect sine wave output waveform.
5.300MS short interruption, the drive to maintain output.
6.Synchronous switching without interruption.
7.The original direct-drive motor.
8.By a diode rectifier, to ensure that power factor in the speed range up to 95%.
