3.Note：Each standard booth (9 m2) consists of 3-sided partitions, carpet, 1 desk and 2 chairs, 2 spotlights, and one 220V/5A power socket. The raw space is required to be rented with minimum 36 m2, only supplied with a show space, 24-hour cleaning and security services, excluding booth frames, and show equipment, etc.

6.Technical exchange lectures: RMB 6,000 / 2 hours：
During the exhibition, the organizers will arrange several technical exchange lectures, to carry out international technical, trade, publicity, introducing products and other exchange activities. Exhibitors are all allowed to apply for the activity and determine the theme. Please provide the application form together with the exhibitor registered form to the committee, so that the committee could arrange for the venues, facilities and professional audience. Please send the relevant documents to the committee in advance.
How to participate:
1. Please send the Registration Form to the Committee by mail or fax. The booth is arranged according to the principle of “First apply, Early pay, Best arrangement；
2. Please arrange the payment (50% down payment or total) within one week after registered by telex or send to the organizer. And the balance should be payed before August 15, 2010. Please fax the bank remittance to the organizing committee after the payment.
3. Please send the company introduction both in English and Chinese and the Advertisement File ( If any) to the committee by Email before August 15, 2010. For additional interpretation service please tell us in advance.
4. As for the Exhibition maters, please refer to Exhibitor’s Manual ( Such as Hotel、Transportation、Construction、Furniture renting、On site translation service, etc.)
