B、 Operational requirements
1. The equipment should ensure normal operation even after being started every 6 minutes for a long time. When operating under frequent startup, the allowable startup interval is specified by the manufacturer and user agreement.
2. When using three-phase ASynchronous motors, the overall efficiency of the equipment needs to be higher than the specified efficiency value; When using single-phase ASynchronous motors, the total efficiency needs to be higher than the specified value.
3. The faultless working time of the electric drum under normal use and maintenance needs to reach over 10000 hours.
4. The deviation rate between the actual value and the nominal value of the surface linear velocity of the equipment during idle operation should be within the corresponding specified range.
5. The radial runout range of the outer circle should also be within the specified standards.
6. During the sealing test of the equipment, the value of the test pressure should be maintained and cannot decrease. Ensure that every component of the equipment is free from oil leakage during idle operation; The oil seals at both ends of ordinary and explosion-proof equipment should also ensure that there is no oil leakage. Other parts should also not leak oil. If there is oil leakage, it is necessary to promptly identify the cause and solve the problem.
7. The noise power level of oil cooled equipment during idle operation needs to be determined according to regulations.
8. The noise power level of air-cooled devices during idle operation should ensure that it does not exceed the specified power level.
9. After the precision machining of the explosion-proof components of the explosion-proof device, conduct a water pressure test to see if there is any dripping. If there is no dripping, it indicates normal operation.
