AVF Series Three-phase Variable Frequency Speed Regulation ASynchronous motor




General description

AVF2 Series Motor is designed by adopting advanced technology of foreign products and CAD.

It can run smoothly with constant with constant torque values within the range of 1:10 at a low speed (Frequency ≤ 50Hz) and have high value of startup torque and low value of startup current. The motor can also have constant output power when it runs with the FM range not less than 1:2 at a low speed (Frequency ≥50Hz-100Hz).

AVF2 Series Motor can match various kinds of SPWM converter plant both at home

and abroad. In comparison with other speed regulating systems, it features high efficiency of energy saving, wide range of speed regulating ratio and strong adaptability of speed regulating. Besides, AVF2 Series Motor has low vibration

 and low noise. Its power grades and the height of the centerline of

 the frame are in conformity with IEC international standards.

 Its corresponding systems are highly compatible with those of

 A2 Series three-phase ASynchronous motor.

The two systems can be interchangeable and compatible with each other.

 It is so far one of the most advanced systems in the world.

AVF2 Series Motor is equipped with independent cooling fan that

 assures the good cooling effects at different speeds.

AVF2 Series Motor is now widely used in the transmission shaft of

 numerical control machine. Textile. Metallurgy and so on.

 When used for constant torque speed regulating or for diving the exhaust fan,

 pumps that have the decrease torque,

the good output of the speed regulating system can perfectly match

its mechanical characters with load and conduce to energy saving

and auto-control. It is an ideal equipment for stepless speed regulating.

Cooling Method of IC416.
